Joe's Boy Scout pack held their annual Pinewood Derby races this past weekend. But for Patrick and Joe, the fun started all the way back in mid-November when we made our annual sojourn to Larry and Dede Mayfield's house for assistance getting the car's shape just right. This year, Joe transformed the standard block of wood into a knight, straight off of the chess board.

In October, my husband and I went "back to church". We started attending a new church, Rocky Mountain Calvary, which had been introduced to us through friends years ago.

I am now in a women's bible study which is studying the names of God, using Kay Author's book, Lord, I Want to Know You.

Day Two in NYC

While I continued to feel like Fifel the country mouse while in the big city, there was enough going on with my work project, that it helped me to focus on taking care of business.
